Quel type de support proposez-vous ?

We offer free technical support, available 7 days a week in the client area, in the form of support tickets. Responses are provided directly by our technicians, whom you can also reach Monday to Friday, from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm by phone, at 0974 072 072.
Nous répondons à toute question relative à l'hébergement : installation site, email, programmation PHP, PERL, etc. Nous proposons également un support commercial gratuit dans l'espace client, sous forme de ticket support ou par téléphone du lundi au vendredi de 10h à 12h et de 14h à 17h, au 0974 078 078.

Quels moyens de paiement acceptez-vous ?

Comment se passe le renouvellement du contrat ?

The contract is concluded for the duration of the payment (usually 1 year or 1 month). 7 days before the end of the period, you will receive an email reminding you of the expiry date. Renewal will take place automatically if the service is marked for renewal and we receive your payment (by credit card or direct debit, if the service is marked for renewal, it will be debited automatically). Otherwise, your account will be suspended for 15 days and then deleted

Si je ne souhaite pas renouveler mon abonnement, que dois-je faire ?

It's very simple, two methods are offered, your choice:

Create a support ticket from your client area, at least 7 days before the renewal date

Send a registered letter, or a fax, at least 2 weeks before the renewal date
